Meet Our Team

Holli Becker - LDH

After graduating from K.V.C.C., Holli interviewed with Dr. Snyder in 2000 and has been with the office ever since! Her passion for dentistry began in fifth grade when she started orthodontia with Dr. Roberts, also from Elkhart. She always looked forward to visiting the office and staff. Her passion is and will always be patient comfort, patient education, and honesty. Her belief is that honesty is the key to any relationship. Holli wants what everyone deserves: a happy and healthy smile.

Holli married her college sweetheart, Ian. Originally from Goshen (Ian is from Kalamazoo), we moved back to the area to be close to family. We have two beautiful children: our daughter, Rhiannon and our son, Broghan. We also have a "third" child, Sookie, our Malti-poo.

Sara Decker, LDH

Sara is an Elkhart native, born and raised! She joined Dr. Snyder's practice after graduating from the IUSB Dental Hygiene program in 2009, and has been with us since.

Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, sons Gavin and Eli, and family pup, Tess. Her favorite things include spending time on the water, traveling, music, sports, reading, cooking, sushi, and good wine. She loves making connections with her patients and developing great relationships.

Danielle Butler - LDH

Danielle is an Elkhart local and has been seeing patients in our office since 2021. She has been an asset to our hygiene team. She is dedicated to providing the best care to our patients while maintaining a full-time schedule. In between patients, she is often in our sterilization room diligently keeping our instruments sterilized so the entire staff can stay on schedule. She is often first in and last out. When not in the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Garret and his young son.

Brenda Lawson - Dental Assistant

Brenda joined the practice in 2021, but after a visit with her you will have felt like you have known her for years. Brenda has many years of dental experience and enjoys scanning and designing same-day crowns in our office. She recently transitioned to the front desk and is able to discuss treatment plans and payment options with our patients at check-out. Brenda enjoys walks with her pups and husband as well as enjoying plenty of time with her beloved grandbabies.

Libby Hoover - Front Office Team Leader, Marketing Coordinator

Libby has worked in the dental field since 2005. Joining the practice in the spring of 2015, she provides administrative support, knowledge of dental insurance, and finds ways to make necessary dental treatment affordable with payment plans and financing options. She also manages the office marketing campaigns and enjoys planning events to celebrate our awesome patients. She married her high school sweetheart, Rick, and they have three young children that keep them busy with sporting events and dance recitals.

Lisa Cochran - Front Office

Lisa joined our Front Office team in 2021, she is usually the first staff member to greet our patients upon arrival. She came to our office after working at an oral surgeon’s office for 15 years as a Surgical Assistant and at the front desk. She was born and raised in Mishawaka and now lives in Granger with her husband, two teenage children and three dogs. Lisa loves to travel, bake with her daughter and spend time with her nieces and nephews.
